A Glimpse into the Schedule
Friday, February 7th
5pm-9pm
You will be greeted with a thoughtful, artisan style dinner and drinks. Then we will gather together and you will be led to ignite your senses and inner world with a Visio Divina, which is art through the eyes of God. We will step into the world of experience, savor, and behold.
Saturday, February 8th
10am-7pm
After a slow morning, you will be ushered into a day of connecting with God through prayer practices, times of silence and opportunity to tap into our bodies through somatic practices. There will be inspiring teaching, a delicious lunch, and other thoughtful experiences curated by the TRH staff. We will finish the day with a lavish 4 course dinner crafted by chef Brad Glover.

Friday Night
Because who doesn't love a fabulous "Girl Dinner"?! Our first night together you will get to enjoy a gorgeous spread of artisan cheeses, gourmet meats, and many other decadent and tasty delights. It’s not just a meal—it’s an experience, a feast for both your eyes and your taste buds, a chance to set the week aside and truly savor.
Saturday
Finish off the retreat with a delicious meal crafted by chef Brad Glover. Notice how his southern flair and attention to detail shine through in each dish. Using the freshest ingredients, he not only creates exceptional cuisine but also expertly pairs wines to complement each course, should you choose to indulge.
A Glimpse into the Content
Together we will be inspired and encouraged through teachings from Britney Christie, Certified in Spiritual Direction and Formation, Certified Enneagram Coach, Relationship Coach, and International Ministry & Missions Co-Founder.
You will also get the opportunity to learn about and engage in somatic practices, which is simply learning how to engage and interact with your body. You will receive thought-provoking art pieces and learn how to listen to God speak through them through the practice of Visio Divina as well as engage in art yourself. There will also be opportunities to have a listening session to unpack what has come up during this time for you.

We have blocked 15 rooms at Towneplace Suites by Marriott in Thronwood in Germantown, TN.

Getting away for the night can really round out your experience with ESBI and keep you engaged into what the experience is revealing.It also gives you a chance to step away from the daily responsibilities and schedules and allow you to fully unplug, and have a slow morning.
